Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and providing correct change.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety regulations.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen area when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while multitasking effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Experience in cashiering or cashier responsibilities is a plus.
