Concord Confections, the manufacturer of Dubble Bubble gum and other fine candy products, is seeking a dedicated temporary Food R&D; / Genesis Coordinator.

The Food R&D; / Genesis Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate product formulation and ingredient information within Genesis R&D; software. The primary focus of the role is entering and updating product formulas, maintaining ingredient and raw material information, and generating accurate Nutrition Facts Tables (NFTs) and related label information.

The role generates / updates ingredient statements, allergen information, nutritional values, and other product data required for labelling , along with updating packaging specs and other documents at the plant. Also assist with formulations in Microsoft Excel.

Using Genesis food and labelling software, the position generates and reviews Nutrition Facts Tables for product labels and supports the preparation of accurate ingredient declarations and related label information. Product data is reviewed to ensure it reflects the approved formula and current ingredient specifications. This role assists with R&D; activities at the site,



in the lab and on production floor, as and when required.

The role also supports new product set-up, product reformulations, ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions, and ongoing maintenance of existing products. Responsibilities may include reviewing supplier ingredient specifications, updating product records, maintaining supporting documentation, and coordinating changes with R&D;, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and other internal departments.

Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple formula and ingredient updates are essential.

Experience with Genesis software, along with an understanding of food ingredients, recipes, Nutrition Facts Tables, and product labelling is required.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
