Master Plaster LTD is hiring a Working Foreman to lead a crew on plastering, stucco, EIFS, and drywall finishing projects across Winnipeg. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be running the job site day to day, holding quality to a high standard, and being the person our clients and crew can count on when the owner isn't on site.

We're growing rapid, and we need someone who can take real ownership of a site, managing the crew, catching quality issues before they become problems, and communicating clearly with clients as work progresses. Duties

- Lead and direct a crew on plastering, stucco, EIFS, and/or drywall finishing projects
- Review the day's scope with the crew and confirm everyone understands what's expected
- Monitor work quality throughout the day, particularly at transitions, corners, and finish coats, to ensure a consistently professional result
- Flag site issues, materials, access, substrate problems, before they become bigger problems




- Communicate with clients on site and provide progress updates at key project milestones
- Confirm crew attendance and coordinate day-to-day scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Step in on the tools when needed to keep a job moving or to demonstrate the standard expected

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 7 years of experience in plastering, stucco, EIFS, and/or drywall finishing
- Experience leading or directly supervising a crew, or clear readiness to step into that role
- Strong, demonstrated quality standards across finish work
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients on site
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Winnipeg area

Nice to have:
- Experience across multiple specialties (EIFS/stucco and drywall/taping)
- Red Seal or equivalent trade certification
- Prior foreman or crew lead title at a previous employer

Pay: $34.00-$38.50 per hour
