Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Woman Electrician to lead electrical installation and maintenance projects on construction sites. This role offers the opportunity to oversee skilled electrical teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality work that meets project specifications. As a vital part of our construction management team, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise subcontractors, and uphold rigorous standards for quality and efficiency.

Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise electrical crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of electrical components.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 to track progress, document issues, and manage project documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections regularly to verify compliance with codes, schematics, and client specifications.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, overseeing procurement of materials, and controlling waste.
- Oversee the use of construction estimating tools to prepare accurate cost assessments for electrical work.




- Supervise subcontractors and team members on-site, providing guidance on blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.

Skills

- Extensive experience in construction environments with a robust background in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
- Proven supervising experience leading electrical teams on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques.
- Ability to perform quality control checks ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing budgets and project timelines effectively.
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and best practices for electrical work.
