Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Framing Site Foreman to lead and oversee framing operations on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that framing activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the project team, you will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to blueprints and schematics.

Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, precision, and productivity.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate framing crews to ensure timely and accurate installation of structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide framing activities
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, tracking progress, and communication
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications
- Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, material ordering,



and progress reporting using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in framing or general construction projects with a strong leadership background
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on framing techniques and building processes
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other industry tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on active job sites
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Robust communication skills for coordinating teams, subcontractors, and clients effectively
