Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations, including makeup applications or other relevant services, to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or directing visitors




- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible
- Communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually to serve diverse customer needs
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple customer interactions efficiently

Experience

- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills are highly desirable
- Experience in customer service roles that require excellent communication skills and organizational abilities is a plus
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Multilingual or bilingual candidates with proficiency in English will have an advantage in serving diverse clientele
- Previous experience in makeup application or beauty retail can be beneficial but is not mandatory
