- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records, including filing and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary clinic, such as managing correspondence and handling office supplies
-Helping Therapists & set the patient rooms
Experience
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff members
