The front-endsupervisoris required todeliver exceptional customer service at all times.

In the absence of the front-end manager, theyare responsible forresolving cash register issues and securing the cash registers in the secure.

Here'swhereyou'llbe focusing:

- Ensure that customer service is exceptional.

- Apply policies and procedures,comply withgovernment health guidelines and occupational health and safety standards, and ensure they are consistently applied and adhered to by all department employees.

- Act as a resource person for team members.

- Create a work environment that promotes trust and communication within your team.

- Perform various cash register accounting operations (money transfers, deposits, checks, weekly audits, etc.) in collaboration with the front-end manager.

- Perform any other related duties.





What you have to offer:

- A high school diploma isa valuable asset.

- You have at least six months of experience as a cashier.

- You have valuable management experience and knowledge of point-of-sale computer systems.

- You are customerservice-oriented.

- You foster communication and team spirit.

- You are proficient with basic accounting operations.

- You are known for your interpersonal skills and energy.

- Flexible work hours and ability to work overtime

- Short-term exposure to chemicals and cleaning products

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability tolift upto 20kg
