Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Learn how to cut cake and how to make beautiful specialty coffees
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiaduty with order processing and cash handling
- Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
