Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, serving stations, and front-of-house spaces
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating solid guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
