:

Perfect Berries is hiring 4 seasonal packing house workers for our cranberry and blueberry operation in Aylesford, NS. Duties include sorting fruit for quality and defects, and bagging/packing product into boxes for shipment. Fast-paced, hands-on work in a food-processing workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Sort fresh fruit (cranberries/blueberries) by hand or at a sorting line, removing defects and debris
- Bag fruit and pack bags into boxes/cases per packing specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards on the packing line
- Meet daily packing quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Other packing house tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable in a cold-storage/refrigerated packing environment
- Reliable, punctual, able to work as part of a team
- Previous packing house or food production experience an asset, not required
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Rémunération : 16,75$ à 19,50$ par heure Heures prévues : de 40.0 à 57.5 par semaine
