We are a busy, established dental practice looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team full-time.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience, and isn't afraid to take initiative and jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities





Responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing the daily schedule, processing payments, communicating with patients regarding appointments and treatment, completing general administrative duties and supporting the clinical and administrative teams as needed.

Dental reception/administration experience is preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance and dental practice management software would be considered an asset.
