- Provide job evaluation support using established plans
- Lead projects on effective organizational solutions




- Develop communication strategies for job evaluations
- Facilitate training for the university community
- Conduct internal and external analysis for informed decision-making Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, commerce, or related field
- At least 5 years in organizational design
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Solid strategic thinking and innovation skills
