Location: GTA and surrounding areas

Must be available to work evenings and weekends when required for projects.

We are looking for 2 experienced and reliable Heavy-Duty Project Team Workers to join our skilled cleaning operations team.

The successful candidates will have strong hands-on experience in floor care, operating floor scrubbers, stripping and waxing, window cleaning, high dusting, and other specialty cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and properly maintain automatic floor scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and other floor-care equipment
- Perform floor stripping, waxing, refinishing, and maintenance
- Perform heavy-duty and deep-cleaning projects
- Complete interior and exterior window cleaning
- Perform high dusting of ceilings, vents, light fixtures, beams, and other elevated areas
- Perform carpet cleaning and other specialty cleaning services as required
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to management
- Travel to different client locations throughout the GTA
- Work independently and as part of a project team
- Follow all company health, safety, and quality-control procedures




- Work evenings and weekends when required for projects

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning or specialty project experience
- Strong hands-on experience operating floor scrubbers and floor-care equipment
- Proven experience with strip and wax
- Experience with window cleaning and high dusting
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and proper dilution
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel to different job sites
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Physically capable of performing heavy-duty cleaning duties
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
