Winter is almost here, which means new employment opportunities!! Looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, friendly and upbeat individual interested in a Full Time / Part Time Front Counter Associate at the Golf Dome!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This position involves interacting with customers, managing bookings, assisting with equipment setup, and maintaining a welcoming environment. A passion for sports,



strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours—including late nights, early mornings, and statutory holidays—are essential.

- Job requirements: (NO EXCEPTIONS)

*Full Time must be able to work a rotating shift including days, evenings and weekends. (5 days, 2 days off, 5 nights, 3 days off)
- Part Time must be able to work nights, mornings, weekends and statutory holidays.

*Full timer and Part Timer must be able to work early mornings and late evenings. (shifts can begin as early as 8:45AM, and go as late as 12:30AM)

*Must be 18+

*Must be comfortable working either alone or as part of a team

*Must be reliable and punctual

*Valid driver’s license

- Own Dependable vehicle required

*Previous customer service experience

Duties

Greet customers warmly, manage check-ins, and assist with bookings.

Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, following proper procedures.

Provide information on services, promotions, and membership options to enhance customer experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and golf bays.

Assist with basic equipment setup and ensure all gear is in good condition.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.

Open and close facility.

Key holder (Full Time only)

Our full-time schedule rotates weekly — one week of morning shifts and one week of evening shifts. Morning shifts are usually five consecutive days followed by two days off, while evening shifts are five consecutive days followed by three days off. Morning shifts may start earlier depending on field rentals; otherwise, we open at 9:00 a.m., and full time staff are expected to arrive by 8:45 a.m. Evening shifts start at 4:30 p.m. and end when the facility closes at midnight, with closing tasks completed by around 12:30 a.m. If we have a field rental, you may be required to start as early as 6:15 a.m.
