We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Furniture Installer to join our team in London, Ontario.

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Furniture Installer with a minimum of 3 years of commercial furniture installation experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing different types of commercial office furniture and is comfortable working with different furniture systems, tools, drawings, and installation requirements.

This is a hands-on position that involves working at commercial job sites as part of an installation crew.

The ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and maintain a high standard of workmanship is important.

Responsibilities Install and assemble commercial office furniture and related products.

Perform furniture disassembly, reconfiguration, relocation, and reinstallation as required.

Read and follow furniture installation drawings, layouts, plans, and manufacturer instructions.

Safely load, unload, move, and position furniture and materials at job sites.

Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively..

Ensure furniture is properly aligned, level, secured,



and installed according to project requirements. .

Work independently and as part of an installation crew. Communicate with crew leads and management regarding site conditions, missing materials, installation issues, or changes to the scope of work.

Protect furniture, walls, floors, and other site finishes during installation.

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation.

Complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Follow ECS Solutions and job-site safety procedures and requirements.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of commercial furniture installation experience.

Experience installing different commercial furniture systems is an asset.

Experience with a variety of commercial office furniture manufacturers and systems is an asset.

Ability to read and understand furniture installation drawings and layouts.

Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools. Robust attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move furniture and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work at different commercial job sites as required. Commitment to workplace and job-site safety

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
