We are seeking a skilled and community-focused Bilingual Case Worker to join our Gang Prevention and Intervention Program (GPIP). This role provides targeted support to youth experiencing complex barriers related to violence, justice involvement, school disengagement, family instability, and broader social challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive client intake, needs assessments, and individualized service planning.
- Provide ongoing case management, mentorship, advocacy, and coordinated referrals.
- Support youth navigating education, employment, housing, family, and justice-related systems.
- Collaborate with probation officers, youth justice professionals, families, schools, and community agencies to coordinate appropriate supports.
- Participate in case conferences, justice-related meetings, and collaborative service planning as required.
- Facilitate prevention-focused workshops, group sessions, and youth engagement initiatives.
- Participate in community outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential case documentation.




- Monitor client progress and adapt intervention strategies based on evolving needs and identified goals.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Demonstrated experience working with youth, families, or vulnerable populations.
- Experience working with justice-involved youth, probation, case management, violence prevention, or community-based services is strongly preferred.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of community resources, social-service systems, and youth justice referral pathways.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and respond effectively to complex situations.
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Psychology, Criminology, Community Services, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
