We are looking for a reliable, skilled and professional Property Management Handyman to assist with the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of residential rental properties throughout Calgary.

Responsibilities
- Complete general repairs and maintenance in rental properties
- Perform drywall repairs, patching and painting
- Repair doors, locks, hinges, cabinets and hardware
- Complete minor plumbing and fixture repairs
- Handle basic carpentry and trim work
- Repair or replace flooring and baseboards
- Complete caulking and finishing work
- Perform move-in and move-out repairs
- Prepare rental properties for new tenants
- Respond to maintenance requests and service calls
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate clearly with property managers, tenants and contractors
What We're Looking For
- Previous handyman, maintenance or residential renovation experience
- Robust practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
- Professional appearance and communication
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
- Own basic hand tools
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to interact professionally with tenants
- Experience with rental properties or property management is an asset
