Operating right here in Dartmouth, we serve busy commercial and residential job sites across the region. We are currently seeking a motivated, hard-working Striker (General Labour Helper) to join our growing local team.

What You Will Do
- Material Handling: Safely lift, carry, and move heavy construction materials (up to 100 lbs using a 2-person lift system) on to job sites.
- Delivery Support: Work closely alongside our delivery drivers to ensure materials are offloaded safely and placed precisely where the client needs them.
- Teamwork: Act as a dependable team player on-site, communicating clearly and solving problems efficiently.




- Follow Directions: Successfully execute instructions from the delivery lead to maintain a safe and productive work setting.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items (up to 100 lbs as a 2-person lift) throughout your shift.
- Reliability: Punctual, shift-flexible, and possess a reliable means of transportation to get to our Dartmouth yard.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and a collaborative "team-first" mindset.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Dartmouth, NS, or plan to relocate before starting work.

Preferred Assets
- 1 year of experience in construction material or drywall handling.
- Experience in warehousing or heavy material logistics.
- A valid Class 5 or Class 3 Driver's License.
- A valid Forklift Certification.

Expected hours: 32.0 – 44.0 per week
