AMM Snow Removal is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities throughout the year.

While snow removal is an important part of the role during the winter season, our team also performs a range of property maintenance, landscaping, cleanup, moving, and general labour tasks during the rest of the year. This means there are opportunities to stay busy and work consistently throughout the year.

Responsibilities

Winter / Snow Season

- Shovel and transparent snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, stairs, and other areas
- Assist with snow removal from commercial and residential properties
- Spread salt, ice melt, and other de-icing materials
- Operate basic snow-removal equipment when trained and authorized
- Load, transport, and organize snow-removal equipment and materials
- Perform site checks and help keep properties safe and accessible
- Assist the team during snowstorms and other winter weather events

Spring, Summer & Fall

- General property cleanup and maintenance
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Grass cutting,



trimming, and basic yard maintenance
- Leaf, branch, and debris removal
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Moving and organizing supplies
- Assisting with minor property maintenance and outdoor projects
- Keeping work areas, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized
- Other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Physically capable of performing outdoor and manual labour
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in landscaping, snow removal, construction, property maintenance, or general labour is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
