Position Overview:

Are you a versatile "Jack" or "Jill" of all trades who thrives in an ever-changing environment? Do you take pride in your work and enjoy tackling new challenges? Rego Construction is seeking a physically fit General Labourer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various physical duties
- Operate and/or assist with heavy equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators
- Use motorized power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, including but not limited to: quick cut, Sawzall, grinder, drill, hammer, rake, shovel, etc.
- Maintain and adhere to all safety standards




- Follow direction and work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
- Communicate any deficiencies with the Foreman to find effective solutions
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and job sites

Requirements:

- Clean criminal record. Secret security clearance needed/provided
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with power and hand tools
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
- Willingness to work long hours as needed
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with skid steers and mini excavators is an asset
- Experience with cutting torches and concrete work is an asset
- AZ/AR/DZ drivers are an asset
