Northern Spray Solutions Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This position works alongside our spray foam crews to prepare job sites before spraying and clean up after the work is completed.

This is a hands-on position that involves physical labour, working indoors and outdoors, and travelling to various job sites throughout the area.

Responsibilities

- Prepare job sites for spray foam and other coating applications
- Protect and cover areas that are not being sprayed
- Assist spray foam installers with general site preparation
- Remove materials, debris, and coverings after work is completed
- Clean and organize work areas and job sites
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Set up and take down ladders, hoses, tarps, and other job-site equipment
- Work from ladders and on roofs as required
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs around shop and job sites
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Perform other general labour duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous construction, general labour, maintenance, or similar experience is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders




- Comfortable working on roofs
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is an asset
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop/job sites
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as as part of a crew
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions

Experience with general maintenance, construction, renovations, or tools is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
