Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This role requires proficiency with heavy equipment operation, warehouse management systems, and adherence to safety standards. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount.

Duties

- Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Load and unload shipments utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklift and order picker safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch
- Handle materials with care during movement throughout the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and organization
- Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting in stock replenishment
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and secure work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and productivity

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling
- Certification and experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and heavy lifting techniques
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively
- Experience with RF scanners for order picking and inventory management
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking within the warehouse environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 per hour
