Effective communication with metallurgical and maintenance teams will be crucial for optimizing production performance. This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our mining operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day-to-day operation of the gold room
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
- Log operational data and maintain accurate records
- Conduct inspections and ensure cleanliness in the work area
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and metallurgy teams Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma or GED needed
- At least 5 years of Mill Operator experience
- Familiarity with gold milling and refining processes
- Knowledge of process control systems preferred
