This is a well-established, physician led clinic in Windsor, Ontario. Work closely with an experienced family physician, Nurse Practitioner, administrative colleagues and an attached pharmacy to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

We are looking for a personable, clinically strong Family Physician who values teamwork and wants to establish a sustainable long-term practice in a community with significant unmet need.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Family Physician to join as soon as possible. The successful candidate will work alongside one full-time Family Physician and a Nurse Practitioner.

- Work within a flexible walk-in and Family Health Group (FHG) model
- See walk-in patients while developing your own roster
- Receive approximately 500 rostered patients transferred from the clinic owner
- Benefit from strong daily demand and dedicated pre-start marketing support

With the clinic currently closed to new patients and regularly turning away walk-in patients each day, you will have an excellent opportunity to grow your roster quickly and confidently.

Overhead split: 25% clinic / 75% physician.

You will care for a large and diverse community across the full breadth of primary care, with particularly strong need in the following areas:

- Comprehensive Family Medicine
- Women's Health
- Preventative Care
- Chronic Disease Management
- Mental Health Services
