Your Role

As the Junior Foreperson, you will bridge the gap between hands-on field operations and team leadership. You will work alongside your crew to maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces in the warmer months and keep properties safe in the winter. You will ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards.

Compensation

Position Type: Full time, Permanent

Location: Blackstock/ Durham Region

Compensation: $25- $40 + Health & Dental Benefits post 3-month probationary period for selected candidates

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
