As an Airhouse Guest Service Representative, you are enthusiastic about creating a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment. As this role is the first contact for most of our guests, in person, on the phone, or through email, you are excited to learn about their wants and needs and find ways to meet or exceed them. You have a fun and outgoing personality that is truly excited about youth sport culture, coaching, and development.

Main Duties

- Be the front line with our guests; in person, on the phone and through email and answering all questions in a positive and timely manner.
- Deliver a confident and positive sales experience
- Ensure that we are providing a safe, positive, and engaging atmosphere for all guests
- Develop and promote the Airhouse Culture with our guests and team
- Professionally manage all monetary transactions including opening and closing duties
- General cleaning duties of all areas of the facility on a daily basis
- Inventory and other tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Direct Drop-In Coach teammates in daily tasks

Hours/Availibility We are looking for someone who is flexible with availbilty some weekdays during the day, evenings, and one weekend day.

Certification Requirements

Standard First Aid OFA Level 1

High School Diploma

Police Record Check

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
