and implementation of Guidewire solutions; • Define test cases and support functional validation and user acceptance activities; • Follow up on incidents, evolution requests and functional issues in collaboration with the teams concerned; • Support the resolution of production issues and support users when required; • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices and delivery methods. The profile you are looking for is as follows: • Bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, information systems or a relevant discipline; • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in business analysis or functional analysis, including five years as a systems business analyst with the Guidewire platform; • Experience in the field of property and casualty insurance; • Proficient in collecting, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements; • Write user stories, functional specifications, business rules and impact analyses; • Be familiar with Agile delivery approaches as well as the preparation and execution of functional and user acceptance tests; • Hold Guidewire ACE certification; • Possess an advanced level of English due to the nature of the tasks, work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members or clienteles; • Knowledge of application integration concepts as well as REST, SOAP, XML and JSON technologies; • Master business processes in damage insurance; • Use collaboration and management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and the Microsoft Office suite; • Learn about the underwriting, billing or claims processes for damage insurance.
