Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling to meet each client’s unique preferences and needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ desires and offering expert recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools that complement clients’ hair goals, enhancing their overall experience
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently




- Build strong client relationships through personalized consultations, follow-up communication, and loyalty encouragement
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, perming, and special treatments
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
- Effective communication skills for clear consultations and team collaboration
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy, enhancing client satisfaction
- Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations is preferred
- Organized with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
