Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and energetic Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services while ensuring an outstanding client experience. Your passion for hair artistry and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and confident.

Duties

- Perform professional haircuts, color treatments, styling, and finishing according to client preferences and current trends
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ desired looks and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment




- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative results

Skills

- Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting with a keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper tool sterilization procedures
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients and team members
- Experience managing retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
- Enthusiastic team player committed to continuous learning and professional growth

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
