Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options,



aftercare instructions, and product usage to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work showcasing versatility and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while prioritizing client needs
- Previous experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
