The Head Dishwasher oversees the daily operation of a team of 10-15 dishwashers across all three Club floors, ensuring dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available in a timely manner.

Working alongside the dishwashing team, this role provides leadership, delegates tasks, monitors workflow, and ensures all cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met. The Head Dishwasher is also responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, ensuring cleaning schedules are completed and health and safety standards are maintained.

- This position reports directly to the Member Dining Manager and Executive Chef regarding staffing needs, performance, and operational concerns.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred,



with the ability to lead, support and motivate a team effectively
- Shifts are Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm (subject to change)
