Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operators for full-time opportunities in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating Crown Reach Trucks, Raymond Reach Trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll play a key role in warehouse operations by moving inventory, replenishing stock, preparing orders, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. - Pay Rate: $21.00/hour up to $22.50/hour after training period

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate Crown Reach and Raymond Reach forklifts.

- Move, store, replenish, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.

- Pick, scan, and prepare orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

- Load and unload trailers while ensuring product accuracy and safety.

- Support inventory control, cycle counts,



and stock replenishment activities.

- Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Valid Crown Reach forklift certification

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forklifts

- Previous warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or material handling experience.

- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is considered an asset.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
