Victor Learning Centre is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated High School Science Teacher to join our team in Saskatoon.

The successful candidate will work with high school students in one-on-one and/or small-group settings, supporting students in science courses such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and general Science.

Responsibilities

- Teach high school Science courses based on students’ academic needs
- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging, and structured lessons
- Support students with course content, assignments, test preparation, and problem-solving skills
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adjust teaching strategies based on individual student needs
- Communicate professionally with the learning centre regarding student progress

Qualifications
- Valid teaching certificate is required
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience is required
- Strong knowledge of high school Science curriculum




- Ability to teach one or more of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or general Science
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with high school students
- Experience with the Saskatchewan curriculum is an asset
- Tutoring or small-group teaching experience is an asset

Schedule

Primarily after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.
