HIRING A MARKETING COORDINATOR Qualifications • Completion of a college diploma or university degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related discipline is required.

- Two to three years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is a definite asset.
- Knowledge of and experience with Korean and Asian food products and produce is an asset.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaigns is an asset. Duties • Assess the characteristics of food products and other products and services to be promoted and determine appropriate marketing and advertising needs.
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns, and implement them according to seasonal trends, product characteristics, and specialty product requirements.
- Develop and maintain the company's social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, feedback, and testimonials.




- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics and campaign performance to management.
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests, preferences, and concerns of key customer groups served by the business.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, press releases, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, product information, and other promotional materials.
- Assist management with other marketing and promotional activities related to the company's Korean and Asian food products and produce.

Working Conditions • Full time, permanent position • 30 hours per week • Wage: $38.50 per hour • 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay • Flexible working hours, including early morning shifts and Saturdays, may be required depending on business and marketing needs.
