We’re looking for passionate hockey people to join our team. This is a hands-on retail role that combines customer service, hockey equipment sales, product knowledge, skate fitting, and pro shop services.

Availability is important: Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, so regular evening and weekend availability is required for this position. Applicants should be available for a combination of weekday evening and weekend shifts.

This is more than a typical retail position. We’re looking for teammates who enjoy working with people, know hockey, take pride in what they do, and want to develop their knowledge within the industry.

What You’ll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor
- Help customers select the right hockey equipment for their needs
- Assist with technical skate fitting, heat molding, and skate services
- Learn and perform skate sharpening and other pro shop services
- Develop strong technical knowledge across hockey equipment categories
- Help maintain a clean, organized,



and professional store environment
- Support players ranging from beginners to elite athletes
- Work as part of a team during busy evening and weekend periods

What We’re Looking For

- Passion for hockey and hockey equipment
- Regular evening and weekend availability is a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Previous skate sharpening or pro shop experience is an asset
- Experience with skate profiling, holder/riveting work, or hockey equipment repair is considered a major asset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
