Duties

- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ physical, emotional, and energetic health needs using active listening and intuitive insights
- Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating modalities such as herbal medicine, energy healing, massage therapy, or nutritional guidance
- Administer holistic therapies with professionalism and care, ensuring client comfort and safety at all times
- Educate clients on self-care practices, lifestyle adjustments, and wellness strategies to support ongoing health improvements
- Maintain detailed records of client sessions, treatments provided, and progress notes in accordance with privacy standards
- Stay current with emerging trends in holistic health by participating in ongoing training and professional development




- Collaborate with other health practitioners when necessary to ensure comprehensive client care

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Holistic Practitioner or similar role within the wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of holistic health principles and diverse modalities such as herbalism, energy work, or massage therapy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to interpret medical terminology accurately for effective client assessment and documentation
- Certification or licensing relevant to specific modalities practiced (if applicable) is preferred but not mandatory
- A genuine passion for promoting natural healing methods and empowering individuals on their wellness journey
