Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities
- Support patients with mobility challenges through safe lifting, transfers, and positioning
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation
- Follow care plans diligently while communicating any changes or concerns to supervising healthcare professionals

Requirements





- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice practices, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting clients with mobility needs
- Strong skills in caregiving, medication administration, meal preparation, and basic cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Valid certifications related to caregiving or nursing are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Candidate must have own vehicle
