Summary of Duties

Roopex Living is seeking compassionate, dependable workers to provide high-quality, individualized support to clients in their homes. Successful candidates will assist clients with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities may include providing personal care and mobility assistance, supporting medication routines and continence care, assisting with physical therapy exercises, preparing nutritious meals, completing light housekeeping and grocery shopping, and providing support with other activities of daily living. Workers are expected to build respectful and professional relationships with clients, follow individualized care needs and routines, maintain a safe and supportive home workplace,



and provide reliable one-on-one assistance with professionalism and compassion.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid G Class Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with valid automobile insurance
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience providing support in a client’s home
- Reliable, compassionate, respectful, and professional
- Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
