Duties

- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial locations
- Load and unload items using moving equipment such as dollies and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky products
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow delivery routes efficiently using GPS technology, adapting to traffic or weather conditions as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs and receipts, ensuring all packages are accounted for




- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pickups, inventory management, and timely dispatch of deliveries

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial driving or delivery services preferred, with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating large vehicles
- Hands-on experience with moving equipment such as dollies or forklifts is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform heavy lifting tasks safely throughout the shift
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and address customer needs confidently
