Pioneer Family Pools is seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and professional Hot Tub Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position is ideally suited for a skilled technician with previous spa and hot tub repair experience who can independently manage service calls throughout the Toronto and surrounding GTA region.

As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs and spa equipment at customer locations. The successful candidate will take ownership of their assigned territory, provide exceptional customer service, and represent the Pioneer Family Pools brand with professionalism and expertise.

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation based on experience, ongoing manufacturer training, and the opportunity to grow with one of Ontario's leading pool and spa companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and service customer accounts throughout the Toronto region
- Diagnose and troubleshoot spa and hot tub equipment issues
- Perform leak detection and repair work
- Repair and replace pumps, heaters, control systems, sensors, plumbing components, and related equipment
- Complete equipment installations and upgrades
- Perform preventative maintenance, cleanings, and seasonal service work
- Accurately document repairs, service findings, and recommendations
- Clearly communicate repair requirements and costs to customers
- Recommend products, upgrades, and services based on customer needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure proper care of company tools and equipment
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hot tub/spa service and repair
- Strong knowledge of spa equipment, plumbing systems, and diagnostic procedures




- Experience performing leak detection and repair work
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical components
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major spa brands and control systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pool industry experience
- Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical background

Schedule
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work during peak seasons
