We are looking for someone who knows how to take those opportunities, build relationships, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and close sales.Our products are premium, high-ticket purchases, and the right salesperson will have significant earning potential through a compensation structure that is heavily performance-based.What We're Looking ForYou may be a outstanding fit if you:

Experience selling hot tubs is not required. We can teach the product.We are much more interested in finding someone who already understands how to sell and close.Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, furniture, home improvement, real estate, luxury retail or other high-ticket sales environments would translate very well to this position.The OpportunityBullfrog Spas is a premium hot tub brand, and our Halifax location serves customers throughout Nova Scotia.We have invested heavily in generating leads and building awareness in the market. The opportunity is already there , we need someone who can convert those opportunities into sales.You will be responsible for:





- Responding quickly to incoming leads
- Contacting and qualifying prospective customers
- Booking showroom appointments
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Understanding the customer's needs and recommending the right spa
- Preparing quotes and presenting financing/payment options
- Consistently following up open opportunities
- Asking for the sale and closing deals
- Maintaining an organized sales pipeline
- Following up on unsold showroom visitors and internet leads
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets

CompensationThis position includes a base salary plus an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.We intentionally structure compensation so that strong performers are rewarded.A salesperson who consistently follows up leads and closes business should have the opportunity to earn a strong six-figure income.Your earning potential will be driven primarily by your sales performance , the more you sell, the more you earn.What We Provide
