Duties

- Supervise weekend front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Lead and motivate hotel staff, providing guidance and support to uphold high standards of guest services and hospitality
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Oversee staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during busy weekend hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the hotel’s facilities are pristine and fully operational




- Implement human resources best practices by supervising staff performance, conducting briefings, and fostering a welcoming team environment
- Must Have Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Previous experience with optimizing OTA relationships and online presence.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision and guest relations
- Knowledge in human resources principles, and hotel operations management
- Experience in handling guest services issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures
