Overview

We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our growing team at our family-run wilderness resort. Our business has several busy periods throughout the year, and we're looking for employees who are comfortable with adaptable, variable hours and are willing to take on additional shifts when things get busy. Hours naturally fluctuate with the resort season, making this a good fit for someone looking for part time, full time, seasonal or flexible employment.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of cabins and resort facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Prepare and maintain well-stocked kitchens by cleaning appliances, counters, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld
- Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards




- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment

Qualifications

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques using various tools and products
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with friendly communication skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role
- Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently commute to our resort in Elk Lake, Ontario

Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
