Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
- Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to uphold safety standards.
- Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to protect yourself and guests.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by supervisors.

Skills

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures to ensure safety.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service through cleanliness.
