Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to meet high cleanliness standards
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells to uphold a pristine environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
- Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and colleagues
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to maintain overall property standards





Experience

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and hospitality standards
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety protocols, and basic maintenance procedures is beneficial
