Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence. Your leadership will directly impact the comfort and experience of our guests, fostering a welcoming and spotless environment at all times.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance.
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.




- Implement cleaning schedules and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity and quality control.
- Enforce safety policies related to industrial cleaning practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Experience

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in cleaning operations is highly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods for large or specialized areas.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry requirements and guest service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to motivate staff and collaborate with other departments effectively.
