Job Title: HR Recruiter / Employee Relations Coordinator

About Us

We're a growing multi-business group with operations across food service, retail, and property management, employing over 400 team members. We're looking for a dedicated Recruiter and Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team and be the go-to person for our workforce.

About the Role

You'll be the main point of contact for our employees handling recruitment, resolving day-to-day workplace issues, and making sure everyone feels heard and supported. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can stay calm and organized while managing a large team.

Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment and onboarding for a workforce of 400+ employees
- Act as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and scheduling issues
- Ensure all shift changes or absence notices are communicated with at least 48 hours' notice
- Listen to employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and fairly
- Answer phone calls and respond to employee inquiries throughout the day
- Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture




- Maintain clear records of employee issues and resolutions

Qualifications

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or employee relations
- Strong leadership skills and self-confidence in decision-making
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of employee interactions daily
- Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive situations with discretion
- Bilingual (English/Hindi or Punjabi) is an asset, given our diverse team
