Responsibilities：

- Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.
- Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.
- Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Requirements：

- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
- Ability to adapt to a quick-paced environment and drive operational improvements.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
