Contract role: - HRIS Analyst

Location: - Toronto, ON // Montreal, QC

3-5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including PeopleSoft HR, Time and Labor, Payroll North America, Benefits, Self Service, Manager Self Service, Workflow

- Proficient with writing native SQL in MS SQL Server
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

- Support of the Human Resource Information System including PeopleSoft HR, Time & Labor, Payroll North America, Benefits, Self Service, Manager Self Service, Workflow
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 Root cause analysis and resolution of system issues, and support Senior HRIS Analyst investigation for Tier 2 and above
- Assist with Security administration,



including seeking approvals for security changes and making appropriate updates
- Keep all departments informed of productive methods of system use
- Provide ongoing assistance to users of PeopleSoft
- Support inbound and outbound interfaces to/from third party administrators
- Train team members on system and query use
- Create/update SOPs and Documentation as necessary
- Bonus: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM for ticket intake, workflow management, and Jira for IT / project-based collaboration and workflows
